Pressure Relief

What is Pressure Relief?

Gamblers Anonymous helps members facing personal and financial problems that must be overcome if he or she is to build a lasting recovery.

An important part of this process is the Pressure Relief Group Meeting. This meeting is conducted by other recovering Gamblers Anonymous members who suggest approaches for dealing with these pressures.

A major focus is financial in nature, although members need not have financial issues to benefit from a Pressure Relief Group. The group meeting usually consists of the requesting member and a few other members experienced in Pressure Relief, and remains CONFIDENTIAL in every detail amongst those attending members.

There’s help. Ask your meeting secretary for more information.
